Every model comes in US Twin to Cal King, with several measurements per bed size; choose the one closest to your comforter. Twin runs 66 × 86 to 68 × 90 in and Cal King 104 × 94 or 108 × 96 in.

Do the duvet covers come as a set with pillowcases?
The duvet cover is sold on its own. A pair of pillowcases is a separate option in the size menu of the same product page. Sheets are not included.
What size duvet cover do I need for a queen or king bed?
Queen covers come in 85 × 88, 86 × 86, 90 × 88 or 90 × 90 in, and King covers in 102 × 90, 104 × 87, 104 × 90, 104 × 96 or 106 × 90 in, depending on the model. Pick the one closest to your comforter.
